Absolutely! All we require is a flat surface and a lack of rain.
For private events, we utilize an all-inclusive hourly rate (up to a certain number of guests). This way, you and your guests don't need to worry about counting how many drinks you're having crafted (aside from your caffeine intake!) or not crafted, and can focus on letting that delicious espresso power you on to the next part of your event! A good ballpark figure for number of drinks would be 35-45 per hour.
For public events, a minimum is set, and individual customers purchase drinks based on our regular menu prices.
Vendors/hosts are only charged if the minimum is not met!
We provide everything related to the coffee cart except power. If power cannot be provided, we can bring a generator at an additional cost. All other elements are covered, and we can also provide some specialty add-ons to make your event that much more unique!
We charge a travel fee for any distance beyond 20mi outside of the city of Valparaiso, but otherwise, set-up, travel, etc. is covered under contract!
